With over 20 years’ experience in the Insolvency sector, Thomas has developed Keenan CF as one of the foremost firms for personal debt advice in Northern Ireland. He has also worked on some of the most high-profile personal insolvency cases in the Province and provided strategic advice to creditors in pre and post enforcement scenarios to include major asset tracing assignments. Thomas has also been involved in significant turnaround assignments, using formal and informal insolvency processes to achieve the best outcome for individuals to regain control of their finances and businesses through robust proposals to creditors.

Thomas is Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a BSc in Accounting from Queens University Belfast. Thomas was previously Deputy Official Receiver for Northern Ireland in the Insolvency Service and is currently a Director with the Fraud Forum for Northern Ireland. 

Thomas enjoyed playing football in his younger years but now enjoys running around the streets of Belfast at lunchtime to keep active. He is also on the Board of a local Grammar School and a local football club.
