Tom is Chairman and responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and delivery of quality client service. He has over 40 years’ of corporate finance experience and in that time has advised on many high value corporate acquisitions and disposals and been appointed to some of Northern Ireland’s largest insolvency cases. Service delivery is paramount to Tom and he believes clients should have the input of the firm’s senior professionals from the outset, and consistently through to the conclusion of an assignment. Tom is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and a Financial Conduct Authority approved person for corporate finance transactions. Prior to founding Keenan CF in 2008, Tom was a partner in Deloitte where he had responsibility for the NI corporate finance practice. He also holds a number of non-executive director positions. 

In his spare time Tom likes to travel and continues on a lifetime journey to master the game of golf.
